Roof Quality Assurance Observations

The roof observer’s responsibility is to observe whether the work is being performed according to the project specifications, manufacturer’s instructions, other relevant documentation, and industry best practices and take appropriate action if deviations are identified, as well as producing daily reports that document the work.
